Due to the nature of our services (digital publicity and PR), refunds are not applicable once a campaign has started. However, if we are unable to deliver the promised features, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

All content created by Vaid PR for clients remains the intellectual property of the client. However, we reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work as part of our portfolio.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vaid PR will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.
